A Symposium on Forestry Best Management Practice (BMP) Effectiveness in the Eastern US will be held in Blacksburg, VA, May 12-15. Meeting objectives are to communicate recent research findings on BMP effectiveness in the eastern U.S. to a broad audience including forest managers and industry representatives, as well as state and federal regulatory agency staff, and to Catalogue BMP research needs and identify directions for future research.
